Does it have adjustable feet strap so the person being carried feet do not just dangle?
Yes! Every Freeloader comes with adjustable stirrups!
What if its just you and the kid can you still put them in and strapped with-no help

What are the small medium and large options for??
The difference in the models is merely for the adult wearing the Freeloader. The Freeloader is built using hiking backpack technology and should be fit to the size of your torso. For this reason we sell a small, medium and a large. We have a sizing chart on each of our product pages.

This product is awesome and just what I needed for my daughter with neurologic issues! We ordered the large size, as my husband is going to be doing most of the carrying, but it actually fits me alright enough (I'm 5'5") to be comfortable wearing. When I first got my carrier, it had a manufacturer problem. I contacted customer service and they were so quick to replace it at no charge to me! I'm looking forward to using it a lot in the future.
It distributes the weight as a heavy backpack should. The seating mechanism is clever. Clearly, spent a lot of time building this product before bringing it to market! Highly recommend!
